We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We offer a choice between Royal Mail, and Hermes.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in a re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.

Full priced items must be returned within 28 days and sales items within 14 days, of purchase, to be eligible for a refund. Once we have received your returned item, it will be processed within 1-2 working days. Please note, however, that refunds can take up to 30 days to be reflected on your account. Sadly, this is outside of our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
